What to Expect as a Client
A positive therapeutic experience consists of rapport building and establishing a strong connection with your therapist. Kate helps foster a safe environment and therapeutic relationship to allow the client to share their life experiences and explore what may be contributing to the clients suffering, challenges, or difficulties. As a systems based therapist, Kate likes to process a person’s upbringing and childhood experiences to understand how they affect their current relationships today.
Kate’s approach to therapy is honest, solution focused, strength based, and empathic. In Kate’s experience, people come to therapy to receive help and to create positive change in their lives. Kate would like to help couples, families, and individuals create a safe place to explore change.
