Safe Supportive Therapy

Hailey is a Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker in the state of California who is supervised by Dr. Thomas Lucking. Hailey takes a client-centered, solution-focused approach that highlights each client’s strengths. Her goal as a therapist is to provide a supportive, nonjudgemental environment where her clients feel safe to share. Hailey seeks to work alongside her clients and encourage their growth as they pursue their therapeutic goals.

Hailey considers that every person has their own purpose for seeking therapy and that treatment isn’t “one size fits all.” She believes all factors in human existence — personal, environmental, and cultural — play a role in treatment. Hailey strives to see her clients through the lens of their own unique experiences and worldviews and to tailor treatment to best fit each client’s needs.

Neurodiverse Couples

Hailey has a specialty working with Neurodiverse couples. She works under the supervision of Dr. Thomas Lucking, PhD who is a published author, speaker, and expert in the field of Neurodiversity. Hailey supports NT partners who are struggling with OTRS (Ongoing Traumatic Relationship Syndrome). She uses the Island of Shared meaning model that Dr. Lucking created to support ND relationships and partners to bridge the Neurodiverse gap that these relationships struggle with.

Trauma & LGBTQIA+

Hailey also works with clients on issues related to life transitions, navigating the college/young adult stage, relationship issues, trauma and PTSD (including narcissistic abuse), kinship care (caring for children of relatives), depression, and anxiety. She also has a special interest in working with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients. Hailey aims to provide authentic support to her clients that builds a solid foundation for trust to develop. Her hope is that the clients she works with can form a deeper connection with themselves and their personal strengths in order to improve their quality of life and overall well-being. Hailey’s goal is to provide support that allows clients to feel seen and understood so they can walk away from therapy feeling empowered, connected and supported.
