Safe Supportive Therapy

Hailey is a Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker and is supervised by Dr. Thomas Lucking. Hailey takes a client-centered, solution-focused approach that highlights each client’s strengths. Her goal as a therapist is to provide a supportive, nonjudgemental environment where her clients feel safe to share. Hailey seeks to work alongside her clients and encourage their growth as they pursue their therapeutic goals.

Hailey believes every person has their own purpose for seeking therapy and that treatment isn’t “one size fits all.” She believes that all factors in human existence — personal, environmental, and cultural — play a role in treatment. Hailey strives to see her clients through the lens of their own unique experiences and worldviews and to tailor treatment to best fit each client’s needs.

ADHD Treament

Are you struggling to stay focused and organized? Do you find yourself easily distracted and unable to complete tasks? If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the challenges of ADHD, Hailey is here to help. She is an ADHD therapist who specializes in providing compassionate and effective treatment for individuals who are struggling with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. She will help you develop the skills and strategies you need to manage your symptoms and improve your daily functioning.

Hailey understands the unique challenges of ADHD and will work with you to develop a customized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. Through a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and medication management (if needed) by working with your psychiatrist, she can help you take control of your life and achieve your goals. She can also help with assessments and a diagnosis to get clear understanding on your ADHD.

Trauma & LGBTQIA+

Hailey also works with clients on issues related to life transitions, navigating the college/young adult stage, relationship issues, trauma and PTSD (including narcissistic abuse), kinship care (caring for children of relatives), depression, and anxiety. She also has a special interest in working with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients. Hailey aims to provide authentic support to her clients that builds a solid foundation for trust to develop. Her hope is that the clients she works with can form a deeper connection with themselves and their personal strengths in order to improve their quality of life and overall well-being.
